unwound is...
a sucker for romance. unwound started from a pure passion for aesthetic scented candles. the ability of a fragrance to take your space to somewhere different is unmatched, whether it be with the warm, comforting notes of vanilla, the fresh, vibrant tones of citrus or the sweet, spring-like flowery fragrances of a floral scent.
keeping in line with the ethos of unwound, we wanted to source products that are sustainable, vegan, cruelty free and pure, so that you can indulge in a guilt-free experience. our scents are high quality imports, paraben free, phthalate free and silicone free, with flavour profiles to suit even the most discerning olfactory.
all designs are hand-picked and chosen with a specific vision in mind. we wanted to choose styles that would add a piece of art to your space, and could form part of the decor. almost too pretty to burn.
we have recently added handcrafted, scented luxury soaps to our range, perfectly complementing our existing offering.
our recipes are formulated through rigorous testing and quality checks and each candle is hand-poured and sustainably packaged.
unwound also curates design pieces to add to your home space, including unique candle holders and vases.

oud
warm smoky notes with tinges of dampened wood. subtly blended with hints of floral and fruit, but overall musky and sensual
cardamom kulfi
aromatic and sweet with notes of rosemary and a hint of pepper and lemon. rich and creamy vanilla beans, coconut cream, sandalwood and saffron threads
spiced biscuit
notes of cinnamon, anise, clove and nutmeg on a bed of vanilla and tonka beans. often likened to a "chai latte"
bergamot & cedar
a complex, striking blend of fresh, zesty, and earthy notes. bergamot adds a bright and lively citrusy aroma with slightly spicy undertones. cedar grounds the fragrance with its warm, woody scent.
